1. Agreement

By creating a DropShop BD account you agree to these terms. If you use the platform on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• One store per account unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• You must provide accurate business and contact information.

3. Selling on 1shop.bd

Products you publish appear on your public storefront under your brand name. You are the merchant of record: product accuracy, legality, pricing and customer service are your responsibility.

• No counterfeit, restricted or illegal goods.
• Prices must be shown in BDT inclusive of any applicable charges you set.
• We may unpublish content that breaches these terms.

4. Payments and fees

Cash on delivery, bKash and Nagad are collected by you or your courier partner. Subscription fees, where applicable, are billed in taka in advance and are non-refundable except as set out in our refund policy.

5. Suppliers and delivery

Supplier catalogue data and courier quotes are provided by third parties. We surface them accurately but do not guarantee stock, lead times or delivery outcomes.

6. Acceptable use

• No attempts to access other sellers' data.
• No automated abuse of supplier search or public endpoints.
• No reverse engineering of the platform.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or create risk for buyers, couriers or suppliers.

8. Liability

The platform is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by Bangladeshi law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding a claim.
